Nick ParishMilkwood Productions
Nick Parish is a London based filmmaker and co-director of the creative studio Milkwood. His short films include Reunion, The Lonely Cowboy and Sentinel, which have been shown in festivals such as LA Shorts, Oberhausen Film Festival and the London Short Film Festival. His work was shortlisted for Coming Up 2008 and has been represented by The British Council.
Prior to launching Milkwood, Nick was creative director of MTV’s Flux Channel. He has collaborated with Channel 4, BBC, Tomato, Tate, Nokia, Home Office and the United Nations, as well as directing client work for major advertising agencies.
Nick’s films are known for their beautifully crafted, in-camera elements, which are informed by his background in sculpture and design. In addition to several short projects, he has a number of features in development.
